the hills have eyes apparently so I do not see why storms should not have them too as it is only fair and otherwise they will not be able to see where they are going

BunnyBunBunBun - Storms do have an eye - it is at the centre and consists of an area of calm about which the storm rotates, but you can't get to it unless you pass halfway through the storm. Therefore it can't be before the storm! DUH!
The clichι the BBC moron was reaching for is "The calm before the storm," which has nothing to do with eyes - din't yer granny teech'chu nuffin?-

I did not ever meet my granny because she was probably back in China so no she did not teach me anything but even if it's eyes are in the middle it still must look where it is going so I think that is alright I just do not like to think of it being denied any eyes at all that would be very unfair
