The Register reports that the Home Office is refusing to do anything about BTs illegal wiretapping for the vile Phorm outfit.
Watch out for high ranking officials moving from the Home Office to very well paid jobs at BT and Phorm...
Meanwhile, note that in Parliament, the Liberal Democrats are the only party objecting to these crimes.

Pro You are lucky to have a human MP, mine's a Tory, but has also passed the concern on, at least.
At least they now know we are not exactly thrilled by having our browsing made insecure, redirected who knows where, and stuffed with advertisements.
This will also ensure that when Gordon has his pogrom to eliminate free-thinkers, we will both be well up in the queue.

I am no stranger to writing to PMs ministers and MPs, so if there is a list, I've been on it for years.

Pro Me too. I once had a subscription to "Anarchist Black Flag", but stopped reading it because they advocated violence. Special Branch burgled them and got the subscribers' list...

I took your suggestion to email my MP (Norman Lamb, LibDem) and he has just replied saying that he has written to BT about Phorm, making our points to them.
