Too sick?

I see Michael Jackson claims he is too sick to attend a court case against him. I'm not going to make the obvious joke, unless anyone asks what it was.

What I want to know is why is a case against an American by a Saudi Arabian being held in a British court? What the hell has it to do with us? Are we paying for it?

No, we are not paying for it. They are. British Justice is a nice little earner these days it seems.

  Really? Gosh! That explains why there is so much of what "Private Eye" calls "Libel Tourism". So, do we have the best judges money can buy?
