When I logged on to eBay yesterday, I saw this...
The shock was not that I had been on eBay for so long, but that they still have nobody who checks to see if things they are going to display make sense. Without the apostrophe, it doesn't.

Pro It's even more of a shock considering they have tools to check the grammar! But then in this brave new world it's all text speak and grammar is not necessary

Some ineresting spelin goin on ere.
Whatever pathehic excuses or gross remarks people may may, regarding horrendous spelling or atrocious grammar... the long-term effect of poor language skills is 'misunderstanding' which leads to conflict! However, one is often resigned to saying...where ignorance is bliss..etc..

I went on a marketing course a while back - apparently correct grammer etc, is not a requirement - it's all about the look and feel - if an apostrophe makes it look shit - as in this case it might - you just ommit.
