I found out today that the Android Facebook app has been screwing up the email addresses for my contacts.
Facebook had updated the app, in such a way that it went through my contacts, changing the email addresses to stupid Facebook email addresses that nobody is going to look at to see mail from me. This is, I think, an unauthorised alteration of data on a computer, but no doubt Facebook's army of lawyers will have a get out clause in the pages and pages of conditions we never read.
I've tried to uninstall the app, but it resists, as others have also discovered, like some hideous virus. I am determined to remove or totally disable it, and then I will sync the proper email addresses back onto the phone.
This is probably the stupidest thing Facebook has done so far, and if necessary I will dump my account. I can not allow them to muck up my ability to email people.
Update: It's probably very difficult to remove the Facebook app, so I have instead removed all its account information. I now refuse to use Facebook on my phone, and if you want your email to go to the right places, you won't use it either.
Stupid move, Facebook, very stupid move.

This is billionaire Zuckerberg with a chicken he killed. He refuses to eat meat unless he kills it himself. I'm not letting him mess up my Android phone.
