All that free news out there, why would you want to pay to read it? As an example, the Sydney Morning Herald has everything on their website every day that they have in the paper, except for the letters and editorial comment. I used to buy the paper every day but now i only buy it on Mondays for the week's TV guide. If they decide to charge for the website I won't pay for it, so they'll get no money. I have no idea what these folks were thinking when they made it all free.

In response to:The Times website is going to charge money...

Here it is a quarter to midnight. It all goes to show that what we tend to believe (in subjects of which we know little) is probably just as suspect. I am always spotting mistakes, or grossly misleading oversimplifications for the lowest common denominator, in IT and science-related subjects, not to mention statistics and probability etc. Since journos started writing their own stuff and all the subs got sacked, they only check for potential libel I imagine.

In response to:Celebrating!

LOL...well, he'll go down in history...:) That's what Blair was after...instead of one among many PMs...:) GBHs...XXX

In response to:Celebrating!

That is such a cool name...

In response to:Celebrating!

Now he is free to take up his rightful place, as soon as CallMeDave steps down...

In response to:Celebrating!

Let's not get carried away there, after all Blair says that...

In response to:Celebrating!

Would that it were so!

In response to:Celebrating!

The Belgian guy, Herman Van Rompuy, is the first President and Baroness Ashton got the High Representative for Foreign Affairs ...:) So that's a good news...any news that doesn't include Blair is excellent news...LOL...GBHs...XXX

In response to:Celebrating!

I was very well pleased to hear that news tonight!!...:) GBHs...XXX

In response to:Celebrating!

People in Hell are planning to leave when Blair gets there!

In response to:Celebrating!

There is a God afterall

In response to:Celebrating!

blair is going to hell.<br>
